1. Organize project events including four planning, coordination and evaluation work-work-shops.
2. Undertake coordination in continuous contact with work-package leaders. Hold meetings with the management team, and revise plans, during each project work-shop.
3. Organize four meetings for the Steering Committee, equally held in connection with the project work-shops. Internal management procedures will be prepared to ensure timely implementation of deliverables, milestones and expected results, and the overall management will be reviewed and revised after project start in collaboration with the management team.
4. Expand the project home-page (under WP8) with an internal component for internal communication and exchange.
5. Gather, organize and elaborate technical and financial reports to Commission.
6. Coordinate activities including events as work-shops for the Ph.D.-student group.
